What we collect and why.
We collect only what we need to book, shoot, deliver and bill your work, and we handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Last updated 29 October 2026
What we collect
- Your name, email, mobile and agency.
- The property address, access notes and on-site contact.
- Your account details and anything you upload to it, such as your agency logo.
- Booking, invoice and payment records. Card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us.
- Basic site analytics, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
- To schedule the shoot, contact you about it and send the files.
- To issue invoices, take payment and keep tax records.
- To fill in your details next time you book.
- To improve the service. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the booking and delivery, and only what each one needs:
- Cal.com for scheduling, and Google Calendar for our shoot calendar.
- Stripe for invoices and payments.
- Cloudflare for hosting our site, client hub and files, and Resend for sending emails.
- The photographer assigned to your shoot, who receives the address, access notes and contact.
Overseas storage
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We choose providers with strong security and contractual privacy protections.
Photos of homes
We photograph properties, not people. We avoid personal items such as family photos and documents. If something personal ends up in a shot, ask and we will remove or retouch it.
How long we keep it
Booking and billing records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Account details stay until you ask us to close your account.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing jackson@maxnovagroup.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
